Pen and Paper

She,

A being unfolding in the light of knowledge,

A child of life forever opening windows,

To the world,

And lighting candles in dark passages,

She,

Searches in clouds of gray for the color of truth,

And the touch of truth upon her soul,

She,

A glistening aura, a tremble with wonder,

At all there is to learn,

To be,

To embrace in the universe.

  2. Thank you so very much. You are so kind and I like that you qualified the prose as mysticism because that is what I was trying to do! You are so insightful! 🙂

  5. Your words conjure up a lovely image! If we all moved through the Universe in this way, our world would be the better for it, your poem reminds us that we can wield this particular magic if we choose to.

    1. Hello and thank you so much and I am so thrilled and honored that you feel that my poem has merit and I do see the world in that way. You are right, if everyone saw the world in the light that comes only from inside us we would welcome all and no fear or hate, just love.
